If I'd been told years ago I would face sexual abuse in my family, I wouldn't have believed it for one minute. Unfortunately for me and mine it was going on right under my nose. Proving how cunningly clever paedophiles are and how manipulative they can be by scaring children into silence. Paedophiles exist in all walks of life.

If you decide not to go into the site, please pass the website address on to the people you know. There are millions of survivors living their lives in silence and this book may give somebody else the strength to speak out for himself or herself. You may have even guided somebody to the site whose family is going through similar issues and you didn't even know it. Such is the blanket of secrecy surrounding child sexual abuse.

I will raise awareness of child sexual abuse and will spend the rest of my life doing something about it. I also hope that you will join me in telling people that there is no excuse for child sexual abuse.
